This quirky property in Roquebrun is in a newly renovated wine cuve, a lovely old stone-built house. Centrally located with easy access to all the facilities and amenities of the town, but out of the bustle of the Old Town.
Loft Living in Style
This unique space offers loft-style living, with the comfort of an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, two double bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms with modern fittings - and two additional sleeping lofts (one single and one double - both with limited headroom.
Exposed stone and beams
Combining open stone work and exposed beams with up-to-date decor and fittings, it's a cosy yet modern space, perfect for a couple - or perhaps a small family. Pets are also welcome for a small additional cost.
Private Terrace - shared pool
There is a private outdoor terrace/garden which seats up to 12 people and provides access to the shared pool and additional terrace with dining area.
Options to expand
The house has a second rental unit known as Maison de Farine - Haut on this website. This unit shares use of the property's pool, but if rented together, offers private use of the pool along with the additional kitchen, dining and livingroom, four double bedrooms, and two bathrooms (for up to 8 people).

When rented together, they can comfortably accommodate a large party of up to 15 people with generous amounts of space for all your guests to enjoy each other's company as well as their own private space, making it an enjoyable experience for all ages!

- Please be aware that the sleeping spaces in this unit have low head clearance. For the bedrooms, the ceiling height is 2 metres and for the mezzanine it is 1.7 metres. The space is light and airy but the bedrooms do not have windows.
There is an additional cleaning fee of 35 euros per person for more than 4 people and 20 euros if more than 2 beds are used.

Karen Jungjohann
We are a family of four who live in Toronto where our children attended French Immersion. Their knowledge of French and our love of the French cuisine, wine, and unspoiled countryside inspired us to look for opportunities to travel in France. We were introduce to the Languedoc-Roussilon region in 2010 by an old friend in the wine business. We found the area to be the perfect combination of cuisine, culture, outdoor activity, and opportunities to explore and relax, so we fulfilled the dream of owning a property in France and are thrilled to be able to share it and this wonderful region with our guests.
