Q. Is the pool a private pool?

A. All our pools are private with the exception of Les ecologies. If you are renting both Gites then the pool is for your sole use. If you are only renting 1 of the gites it is possible that another holiday maker can book the second Gite, in this case you will be sharing the pool. If you would like exclusive use of the pool at Les Ecologies, it is possible to pay extra and we will “block out” the other Gite ensuring you have complete privacy.

Q. Do we have to bring our own towels?

A. All of our homes include at least 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person. At least 2 Tea towels are included. Beach/pool towels are not included unless stated on the property page, however we can hire them for you for 5 euros each. Just add them to your booking at the time of ordering.

Q. We will be arriving late in the evening – will we be able to get in the house?

A. Yes. You can arrive at the house anytime from 4pm on the day of your arrival until 10am the next morning. We will contact you before to get your estimated time of arrival. If you are delayed unexpectedly, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid “cancelling “the reservation.

Q. Will we be able to get food when we arrive?

A. This will depend on the village where you are staying and the day and time of your arrival. You can pre-order a dinner package at the time of booking which we will leave in the fridge for when you arrive.

Booking questions

Q. I don’t have a euros account, and I don’t have how do I pay?

A. We have options for payment. You can pay via paypal who won’t charge you anything to make the payment. You can pay with your credit card on our booking page.

Q. Will I have to pay the full amount at once?

A. You must pay 30% of the rental cost on booking and the balance will become due 60 days before your arrival. If you are booking within 60 days of arrival the full amount will be due. All adventures payments are due in full at the time of booking.

Q. Will I be able to speak to someone about my booking?

A. Absolutely! We think it is important that you can speak to a person if you want to. If you need to speak to us for anything at all just call or email us.
