About the Owners
Susannah Cartwright
I first discovered Ceps in 2011 purely by accident and immediately fell in love with this house and the village. The house was owned by one of the main winemakers in the village and had belonged to his grandmother. I have modernised the house but have managed to expose some of the houses beautiful original features which were hidden. Although the house is small it has a certain charm which I hope you’ll love whilst here. What I love about Ceps is its people who are welcoming and supoortive of each other, a real community, the peace and the nature. I love being able to walk from my front door and be surrounded by beauty and find peacful corners;
My favorite thing to do in summer is go swimming in the river every morning. In winter go walking or cycling and explore! I’m still finding walks to go on from the house,and tracks to follow.
